Marketing of the property focused not just on the home, but on the lifestyle it could enable. Strolling the gardens, feeding the cows on the lifestyle block, summers by the pool and family dinners on the deck in front of the fire. Our recommendation for sales approach was an on-site auction so purchasers could experience firsthand what this incredible property offered. Demand out of Auckland had been particularly high (making up almost 50% of the listing views on one property platform), and armed with this information we were prepared for digital viewings and close communication with those unable to physically visit the property. When level four lockdown arrived, we pivoted accordingly. Working closely with a database of interested parties, locally and across New Zealand, we found a buyer ready to make an offer site-unseen.
