It’s always a pleasure to pick up the phone to Murray and Diane. After working with the Cashmores team to buy and sell two previous properties, they once again reached out to Kirsty to help them sell their beautiful home in Bethlehem when the time had come to downsize.
This five bedroom home, with luxury kitchen and bathrooms, and beautiful fittings throughout, was the perfect candidate for an Auction sales process. Situated in the ever-popular area of Bethlehem, this property stood out with its idyllic sheltered grounds. The marketing, which included video, photography and drone footage, focused on the high-quality features and fittings of the home, and hoped to convey the sense of tranquility of the grounds. The size, location and beautiful monochrome palette of the home would appeal to both families as well as older buyers looking for space for the family to visit.
The onsite auction was well attended on a beautiful day with bubbles flowing. Due to multiple bids from three potential buyers, the house sold under the hammer for $365,000 over the RV. A great result for the vendors to support their retirement, and a great result for the local buyers who loved this beautiful area.
