At Cashmores we embrace digital and social media platforms as more dynamic, targeted, measurable and cost effective real estate marketing alternatives than traditional media like newspapers and leaflets.
For sure, newspapers and radio still have their place in the media landscape but we’ve taken it upon ourselves to have a highly visible local presence on three of the internet’s most frequented platforms; Google, YouTube and Facebook.
On Google our clients will benefit from our highly specialised search engine optimisation and search engine marketing strategies. What does that mean? Cashmores will consistently feature near the top of Google search results for any number of real estate related searches in Tauranga and the Bay of Plenty. For those wanting to take things to the next level we can run stand alone Google ad campaigns specifically marketing your home.
Do you ever get annoyed at having to wait to skip through those annoying ads on YouTube? Well your house could be one of those ads; not only that but we’ll target them so they’re only seen by people in the Bay of Plenty (or Auckland or Hamilton etc if that’s what you’re after!).
Facebook is where we take our creativity, consistency and targeted approach to the next level, telling your home’s story through a winning combination of stunning property videos, magazine style photography and written content. We focus on pushing your ads into the Facebook news feeds of potential buyers, and can target by suburb, city, region, age, gender, interests and hobbies. Is your house near a golf course? We can include golfers in our audience. A great potential home for retirees? We’ll make sure we slide into their news feeds too.
As well as these platforms we run campaigns on Instagram, utilise LinkedIn networking and list on a number of the most popular real estate websites including Trade Me, www.realestate.co.nz, www.oneroof.co.nz and www.homes.co.nz.
All that said, we’re a flexible bunch and not bound to a one size fits all approach like the traditional corporate real estate companies. We prefer digital but if your preference is to feature in the newspaper, on the radio or in people’s letterboxes we’ll make that happen too, and with a smile.
